2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely in the original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that came with it. Ensure the item is in its unused, like-new condition.
  3. Label Your Return: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package. If we provided you with a return label, please attach it to the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

3. Refunds
